Stranded in Paducah Kentucky after hitting a deer. Kathy immediately called a tow truck and began claim. Two hours later we were on our way again with a rental. Kathy helped push through the claim so that we could pick up items from our totaled car on our way back through Paducah. We can't thank Kathy enough for her quick action in getting us off the interstate.
Didn't think to call the Roadside Emergency on the back of my insurance card, but was able to scan my invoice in and email it to the office and they have put a check in the mail already.. Always receive outstanding service from the John Davis State Farm Agency!
