Staff was very pleasant. Went there to eat breakfast today. The quality has gone down only slightly since new owners took over. I am a manager in the restaurant business and can forgive this though because the restaurant was immaculately clean AND the staff was friendly. Maybe I just got a randomly overcooked batch of hashbrowns. I still recommend this place it's still hands down one of the best mcdonalds I have been to.
Rudeness. Attitude. Food getting thrown on the table and getting told "here".. never again.
Just couldn't get order right. Simple directions. Hamburger, no ketchup, np cheese. It came with cheese three times. McDonald's, ypu shouldn't assume everyone likes cheese.
Another employee dropped tray all over the ground and DIDNT EVEN CLEAN THEM SET THEM RIGHT BACK UP TO DRY!!! NO napkins, and I got attitude when I asked for them.
Yet another employee was loudly yelling about an upset customer outside and how she was ‘not going outside with the rest of their food they had forgotten because they were going to yell at her.’ And stood around for a good 2 mins talking about it and not making their shake. Absolutely will not be returning. BEWARE OF THIS PLACE!!!
Fries were hot and fresh! Everything was great. The shake machine was broken though.
Came here a few nights ago with my husband and the staff was an embarrassment. One employee stood 10 feet from my table while I was eating and chit chatted with two of her ‘freinds’ Who were swearing and flicking each other off. While she was continuously sweeping the same spot.
